Located near the Chennai Port in South India, boasts a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. The facility is equipped with modern semi-automatic Special Purpose Machines (SPMs) that enable efficient production processes.

As proof of the Quality culture at Hiflo, we maintain separate lines for the manufacturing of lead and lead free products. The facility features dedicated furnaces and casting equipment for solder bars and sticks, effectively preventing any inter-product contamination. The technical in-house testing laboratory, houses advanced equipment such as ICP Spectro for analyzing the alloy metal composition and identifying impurities. Recognizing the importance of quality management systems, manufacturing facility has obtained prestigious certifications. It is certified with ISO 9000-2015 and IATF 16949-2016, underscoring the company’s commitment to manufacturing solder wires, bars, sticks, fluxes, paste, cleaners, and related products that meet the highest standards.
